With 5 years of experience as a dedicated practitioner of meditation, breath-work, and yoga, I have witnessed the transformative power of mindfulness and its impact on mental and physical well-being. My primary focus is on nurturing both mental and physical health, as I firmly believe that they are interconnected and essential for overall wellness.


Guided by a deep desire to assist others in achieving optimal health and mental well-being, I specialize in teaching meditation practices and breathing techniques. In addition to my expertise in meditation, I am also a skilled Latin dance instructor.
