Group Practices

In the Western context, Yoga Asana is often equated with the entirety of yoga. However, it's important to recognize that Asana, or yoga poses, is just one component of the broader practice of yoga, which encompasses various aspects beyond physical postures.

Yoga poses, or asanas, serve as a tool within the practice of yoga, but they are not the entirety of yoga itself. While practicing yoga poses, one can experience numerous benefits, including:

  • Strengthening and toning the body
  • Increasing flexibility and endurance
  • Minimizing inflammation and promoting overall well-being
  • Supporting injury rehabilitation and recovery

At Unplugged, we offer a diverse range of asana practices both in-person and online, catering to practitioners of all levels. To learn more about our current offerings, please refer to our class schedule.
