Our Time Together

  • WEEK 1 - Naming the Grief

We begin by gathering every loss, the spoken and the silent. Together we explore how grief shows up in our bodies and minds. This week is about recognition and language.

  • WEEK 2 - Witnessing the Wound

We slow down enough to see what we have been holding. Through reflection and gentle inquiry, we meet the ache without turning away. Here we begin the work of allowing what was hidden to be witnessed and held.

  • WEEK 3 - Honoring the Unmarked

There are losses that went unnamed or unseen. This week we bring light to them, creating space for rituals of acknowledgment and release.

  • WEEK 4 - Offering the Gift

As our hearts soften, we begin transforming pain into offering. This week we look at what grief has taught us and how that wisdom can serve as medicine for the living.

  • WEEK 5 - Inherited Grief

We turn our attention to what did not start with us. Through the lens of lineage and epigenetics, we examine what grief we have been carrying for generations and what may finally put to rest.

  • WEEK 6 - Opening to the Future

This week is an invitation to re-enter life with softness and strength, integrating love, loss, and legacy into a single, living rhythm.

Each 75-minute gathering includes a guided meditation, group reflection, and an integration practice to continue between sessions.

Testimonials

"I really liked learning about the different types of grief, but I wasn’t ready for it. I came in thinking I was only carrying one kind of loss. Then I realized there were layers to it.  It was eye-opening, so cool and not cool at the same time."

“I learned a lot and felt really comfortable here. Since the retreat back in June, I’ve noticed a big difference in how I sit with my grief. It’s been healing to have a space where I can just be, without needing to explain everything.”

“I really think this group is special and has so much to offer. The six-week format feels just right — it gives you time to process, learn, and actually feel the changes happening.”
