The Unseen Mourning: Grief Group
This six-week grief group is a guided journey into healing and resilience. Each week, you’ll enter a compassionate space to share, reflect, and be witnessed, while also receiving tools and practices you can carry into your daily life.
Together, we will explore ways to:
- Honor and express your grief in community
- Cultivate practices that bring calm and grounding
- Discover new meaning and resilience after loss
- Carry forward tools that support you long beyond these four weeks
Every session includes a 15-minute guided meditation, group reflection, and practices to help you integrate what you’ve learned. Groups are kept small and intimate to foster connection, safety, and depth.
