3 Questions That Shift Everything

Before you build (or rebuild) your site, pause with these:

1. What do I want my website to do for me right now?
Sell? Build trust? Invite collaboration? Showcase my voice?

2. What action should every visitor be able to take in 10 seconds or less?
(If they can’t do it quickly, it’s not obvious enough.)

3. What feeling do I want my site to leave people with?
Warm? Grounded? Empowered? Seen?
